Our ‘Supreme Champion’ award winning Spelt Sourdough is made with 50% organic spelt, 25% wholemeal wheat and 25% white wheat.
Slightly more sour than our usual loaf, it is full of flavour and makes a mean slice of toast (or so we’ve been told! Ours has never made it that far)
Add to that the tangyness of brambles and apples and a topping of oats, then it’s a whole new level of tastiness!
